It sounds like the theme did not implement jQuery according to WordPress standard. That is not the plugin’s fault.
If you are interested in finding a solution to the issues, please open a thread from https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/chatbot/ and we will certainly resolve any issues with the plugin. Before leaving a 1-star review it would be fairer to allow us to address any issue by opening a support thread.

The glitch happened multiple times that I tried to get it to work.
I have more than 20 active plugins on my website and I constantly remove and put other plugins and none have given me these problems.
The poseidon theme is constantly updated and fixed for several years and has thousands of users constantly testing it.
I have reported a bug to you, which I am not obligated to do.

You also tell me to test your plugin for you and that for free!
You must bear in mind that I am looking for a solution to a problem that I already have and I do not need to add another problem that is not mine.

I have already solved my problem with a floating form with HTML + Javascript and a module in PHP.
I think it would be correct to make it a plugin, but for now I don’t need more.

For the record, we tested with the Poseidon theme extensively but could not duplicate the issue.
