Thank you for bringing the issues with version 7.8.0 of Social Chat to our attention.
The issue stemmed from a recent change made during the development of a new platform we’re currently creating to support bot deployment on WordPress and WhatsApp.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We’ve released an updated version (v7.8.1) that includes a fix for the issue. Please update to the latest version and let us know if the problem is resolved.
We’re also tightening our pre-release testing processes to reduce the risk of similar issues in future updates.
