Hi, please take a look at the following error below that I’m having when clicking on wordpress “dashboard” link (mysite.com/wp-admin/index.php) :

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function is_complete() on null in /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-dashboard-setup.php:173 Stack trace: #0 /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-dashboard-setup.php(44): WC_Admin_Dashboard_Setup->should_display_widget() #1 /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-dashboard-setup.php(181): WC_Admin_Dashboard_Setup->__construct() #2 /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin.php(102): include(‘/home/customer/…’) #3 /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(307): WC_Admin->conditional_includes(Object(WP_Screen)) #4 /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(331): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #5 /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-includes in /home/customer/www/mysite.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/admin/class-wc-admin-dashboard-setup.php on line 173
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

It’s woocommerce which is causing this error after updated it. I restored my site through backup when I first saw this error and I updated one by one all plugins (and theme) “out of date”, and the only one causing this error was woocommerce. Worst than that, some purchases from customers disappeared. How can you explain this problem??

    Thanks for your help.

I am having this same problem after updating to 6.20, it only happens when I visit the Dashboard Panel. I rolled back to 6.11 where I am safe.

It’s sad to see that we cannot update our plugins without crashing our sites!..

Alain Aubry (@caban13) Do you have a zip file of the woocommerce previous version to share with me? I would like to switch to that version too. Thanks.

    Thanks a lot bro!
I hope the lazy woocommerce developers will fix this issue soon!
    Have a nice day!

    Hi @romonoutic @caban13

    The problem has been fixed.
Please update Disable WooCommerce Bloat plugin to its latest version (2.6.2).

    Hi @ospiotr
    Thank you so much!

I jumped to conclusion, only one plugin updated -> this must be the culprit !

    Hi all,

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with the theme or with another plugin. For those that have installed the “Disable WooCommerce Bloat” plugin please follow ospiotr’s advice and update the plugin to the latest version.

If not everyone has installed that plugin but still sees the error, here are the steps for doing a conflict test to locate the culprit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

    Thanks.
