    Hi Andrea,

    We’re really sorry to hear you’re having a bad experience with MailPoet 3.

    All your emails were answered by our support team and, so far, none of your issues was a bug.

    The first one was a cache issue and the second one was a confusion between MailPoet Premium license and MailPoet Sending Service plans.

    As we’ve replied to you, our Premium licenses (either Blogger, Freelancer or Agency) include a small MailPoet sending plan up to 500 subscribers. This is what you purchased.

    Since you have more than 500 subscribers, you can’t use it, so you should purchase a dedicated plan according to the number of subscribers you have here https://account.mailpoet.com or simply select another sending method in MailPoet’s Settings > Send with… tab.

    We understand if you want a refund for the Blogger plan, though. Please notice we’re here to help you, okay?
