Crash after re-installing blog

    Help will be MUCH appreciated.

    Having had a crash on my blog, and an (apparently successful) reinstall from backup, I’m now getting various error messages. These appear to (but not necessarily – difficult to tell) have started after re-installing plug-ins.

    But now, they also appear upon trying to “Export” (i.e., backup) the site using 2.7’s backup feature.

    The substance of the error is an error is now even appearing at the top of the login page:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/l/e/x/lex123/html/clubblogger/wp-content/plugins/add-post-footer/add_post_footer.php:833) in /home/content/l/e/x/lex123/html/clubblogger/wp-login.php on line 255

    Hi

    Using FTP get into your plugins folder and delete the entire folder add-post-footer folder. See if that gets you back in. If so you can always download and reinstall add-post-footer again.

    done – the plugin was broken

    I’ll continue to monitor but it looks fixed

    I want to have at the bottom of every page of my WP blog such links to the “Contact Us”,”Disclaimer”,”Privacy Policy”,”About me” pages.
    May anybody help me how to do this?
    I am looking for the solution for over one month and still have the issue unresolved.
