   or FTP access to the website? If yes, go to wp-content/plugins/ssl-zen and rename
   the folder to ssl-zen-backup. After that your website you be online.

 * I don’t have access to the files for this particular website but I can direct
   the owner as to what to do. For my other sites, I went to cPanel and deleted 
   the zen files. Then I downloaded the upgraded plugin. Thanks.
