 * Restore doesn’t work at all, crashes the whole site. Worthless.

 * I started a restore on Friday…left my computer running. It is now Monday and 
   the restore process has hung up, the whole site is unusable and your plugin has
   failed to do what it is supposed to do.
 * I would not call that a successful use for this user.
