Cpu Limits and site down

On our website, we have 20 popups connected to Contact Form 7. Since May, our hosting provider has been reporting serious anomalies that exceed the CPU limit and cause the site to go down. We paid three developers to investigate the issue. They discovered that the problem was the Popup Builder plugin itself: even if the popups are not actually triggered, it still loads all the content when the page loads.

Each form was generating REST API calls (e.g., /refill, /schema), causing significant slowdowns (several seconds) and recurring faults.

This issue has caused us substantial financial loss for months.
