Plugin has to be inactive in order to edit these post types. Please advise on how to fix this issue. Let’s try to isolate the problem and check is the problem is only when NextGen Gallery is active. * 1.- Temporarily deactivate **all your plugins** except NextGen Gallery. * 2.- Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. I’ve reached out to my theme developer, and their response: * “NextGen ought to work with any custom post type out of the box. I recommend reporting this to NextGen to ask them if there is a bug and if they say that our plugin is causing the issue then we will look into it.” * I’ve gone through the usual deactivate routine, and only when Nextgen is deactivated can I edit the theme’s custom posts * Is there something I can tell them to look at?
