CPT ACF and Notification Filtering

    Hello! I would like to know if this is possible:

    1 – I have a custom post type: events
    2 – I have a custom post type: staff (ACF for location/city)
    3 – Is it possible to: when creating/publishing a new event notify only the staff that are in the same city of the event?
