 * my wp blogs are going down repeatedly. I changed back to one of the default themes
   and they are still crashing. I upgraded several of them to the new wp version
   and get this error. Is there a problem with my host’s php version or support?!
   thank you so much ahead of time.

 * have you installed the phpmyadmin plugin?
 * That looks like something related to that, or a host issue. Thats definitely 
   NOT a core WordPress problem.
