cPanel not showing sample Connection strings

In step 6 of 4.2.1 in the install guide, it says that I am supposed to get a sample Connection string, but I never got one from cPanel. My host is X10Hosting. From the image I uploaded, can anyone tell me the variables to the string `$dbh = mysql_connect(“hostname”, “username”, “<PASSWORD HERE>”) or die (“message”);
mysql_select_db(“databasename”);`?
