 * I’m trying to move my blog to another server.
    I did a Cpanel dump of the SQL
   database. When I look at the file, it contains all the tables and information
   from the previous blog as a single file. Can this be uploaded to the the new
   site? The instructions that someone else gave me involved making a backup copy
   through the SQL administration panel and then uploading these files. Unfortunately,
   I no longer have access to my old server, so I can’t do that.

 * Hi,
    what you probably have is a mysqldump file. Your new hosting provider probably
   provides phpMyAdmin or some other web based MySQL administration. You should
   be able to upload that file using that tool. Regards adsworth
