 * Hello dear Masteriyo
 * In Masteriyo settings >course page, the style appears only when the Simple Layout
   is selected not when other layouts are selected.
 * To change the style of the courses in courses page and style of single course
   page, the users needs to select Simole layout and do the changes and then select
   the layout he wants the changes to apply to. For example i wanted to change the
   course highlights and button radius for course and single course page(immersive)
   but the style button wasn’t there, i had to change template layout to simple
   to be able to customize styles. The LTR/RTL button of course highlights is not
   showing the text with the correct alignment.

 * Hi [@derlehre](https://wordpress.org/support/users/derlehre/),
 * Thanks for writing in. Here’s exactly what’s happening.
 * The Styles section under Masteriyo → Settings → Course → Courses Page is tied
   to the Simple layout on purpose. The controls it holds Enroll Button Font Size,
   Enroll Button Radius, Title Font Size and Description Display Side were built
   against the markup the Simple layout produces. The Modern and
   Overlay layouts
   build their cards from different markup, so most of those controls have nothing
   to act on there. That’s why the section is hidden rather than shown and quietly
   ignored.
 * There is one part of that worth spelling out, because it affects the approach
   you described. The controls are not all equal once you switch away:
    - Enroll Button Font Size and Enroll Button Radius apply to the enroll button
      wherever that same button is rendered. So setting them on Simple and then
      switching back does carry over to the Modern courses layout, and to the Immersive
      single course page.
    - Title Font Size and Description Display Side are specific to the Simple layout’s
      markup. Setting them and switching back will not change anything because the
      other layouts don’t render the elements those settings target.
 * So, in your case, the button radius should follow you onto Immersive, but the
   course highlights alignment will not, because the Immersive layout renders its
   highlights section with its own markup.
