I just tested this and I’m not able to duplicate the problem:
course 1: https://cloudup.com/cefhyODIXVR
course 2: https://cloudup.com/cSjUHPyE7H4
course 3: https://cloudup.com/cKNRLZ7ENgT
are all showing the correct order in the footer.
What version of Sensei are you using? What theme are you using? If you switch to a default like TwentyTwenty, does the issue persist?
