Courses not distribute

    Hello,
    Out of nowhere the courses in our system just stop to distribute like if a user bought a membership (level 1) he, she will pay, the status will be okay, but the courses won’t be able to be access by him. Just not adding in his profile (only some private (not publish) courses are added). Why this happen, when for a half an year we have no such issue

    Just a little clarification, we catch that the problem coming from your plugin where it is said that when someone bought a 3 month (for example) membership, he/she should receive automatic access to the courses, but in our case, it stops working like that.

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing. I will need some more information to assist you.

    Can you tell me what plugin are you using for your Courses/lessons and how are you integrating that with Paid Memberships Pro?

    There are a couple of ways to achieve this.
