Course Video field not editable

    Sometime in last seven months the Course Video field became uneditable. (We did not immediately notice the problem as we copied from an existing post with content in the field.) We cannot edit existing content in this field nor add content to a blank field within a new course post.

    We make a simple iframe call: (number is not 000000000)

    I’m not sure what would cause that. The course video field is hidden if your course contains any Sensei LMS blocks, but it doesn’t sound like that’s what’s happening in your case. Are you using the Classic Editor?

    It’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your other plugins or your theme.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS (and extensions). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.
