    Our plugin by default is mobile-friendly. Could you please provide screenshots, as there is nothing under provided link to screenshot?

    Hello,

    I found the problem and I deactivated the plugin because it is not compatible with the theme that I am using: IKnowledgeBase. This is the reason for why is not mobile friendly and maybe there could be another incompatibilities.
    If you have the possibility to make this plugin compatible with the theme IKnowledgeBase, I will be happy to use it.

    As you know, there are tones of the themes and plugins on the marketplace, unfortunately, we are unable to make our products compatible with all of them. Also, the mentioned theme has not a big amount of installations.

    Your answer it’s enough for me. Fortunately, there is another plugin with the same functionality and the developers offer support to create it compatible with any theme.
