Course list does not work on Safari

Hello,

The course list/grid (profile page and all course page) does not work on Safari (IOS 10 and 11.4).

There is no theme or plugins conflict.
There are no errors in the browser console.

Has anyone else noticed a problem like this?

Please try to disable each plugin and switch to the default WordPress theme to check.

Hi @briantp,

Your print is from MacOs, but as I reported the issue is on IOS 10 and 11.4.

I’ve already tested it on a WordPress with Twenty Twenty-One theme and only one plugin – LearnPress.

As I said the issue also happens in the Thimpress demo: https://coaching.thimpress.com/demo-life-coaching/lp-profile/

The issue happens both on an iPad and on an iPad simulator in Xcode: https://prnt.sc/1u31fhr

Please try to access this page on the iPad/iPhone with IOS 11.4.

Hi,

Please try to check on the device have an IOS version higher than 11.4, We checked on device IOS 14.6 and it works https://streamable.com/c73u1e , We don’t have the device that uses IOS 11.4 so please be patient, we need time to check it.

I have the same issue here, most of my students complaining of being unable to view courses lists + lessons lists using safari on IOS.
