# Course creation

 * Hello dear Masteriyo support
 * Something is confusing me.I searched the documentation of Masteriyo but couldn’t
   find the answer.
 * When i create a a course and add a section + a new lesson, and want the course
   and its lesson to be Draft, i click on the save to draft so that it be saved 
   and also not visible in course page for users, but after that save to draft, 
   I can’t preview the course.when i click on preview,it shows 404 not found.I don’t
   want to publish the course. Is there any way to preview a draft course?

 * Thanks for reporting this. This was a bug in older versions of Masteriyo: previewing
   a draft course returned a 404. It was fixed in version 3.4.0.
 * Please update Masteriyo LMS to the latest version (3.4.1). After that, the **
   Preview** button in the course builder and in the course list will open your 
   draft course without publishing it. It stays hidden from students and visitors.
 * If you still get a 404 after updating, please let us know:
    1. Your Masteriyo version (Plugins page)
    2. Where you clicked Preview (course builder, course list, or a lesson)
    3. The URL that opens
 * Also try re-saving your permalinks once (Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes).
