Course categories/tags and Blog posts categories/tags

    Hi,

    Course categories/tags and Blog posts categories/tags are different things, and because of this, I cannot link one content with the other. I need to create a “Related content” section in which both courses and blog posts appear, and I dont know how.

    Is there any way to give a Course a Blog post category or the other way round?

    @alvarodpp,

    Unfortunately it is not possible to use tags / categories (taxonomies) reserved for blog posts on courses (and vice versa).

    These taxonomies are intended to categorize content of their own type (posts or courses) and not to be used outside of those types.

    It may be possible to build a custom set of functions to make this possible but unfortunately it’s not part of the LifterLMS core.
