SInce this is a “test” lesson could you mark it as free so we can take a look at it without an account?

Could you also post a copy of your system report per the guidelines in the sticky on this thread.

Hmmm not sure what’s causing that to happen.

The Labs plugin does make some assumption about how themes generally handle sidebars and while I haven’t encountered many themes where it doesn’t work I have encountered some.

I’ve sent your theme devs a request to get a development copy of the theme so I can investigate this further. In most scenarios like this no one is at fault. WordPress is a wild world and we’re all just trying to solve problems on the internet. We have to work together to do this when conflicts like these arise.

I have varying degrees of success when I contact other developers. Sometimes they’re excited to work together and other times I’m told “Thanks but no thanks”.

Have you tried reaching out to your theme developer’s for assistance too? You might be able to get a faster response than I’ll get since you’ve actually given them your money.

After grabbing an evaluation copy of the theme sidebars appeared to work perfectly using labs with no additional steps required from my side.

If you need any further help here please let me know,
