Coupons on top of normal discounts

Hello! On our site we offer quantity price-breaks – 10% discount on 4 of one item, 15% on 8 etc. I have created a load of coupons but when these are applied at checkout, Woocommerce automatically removes the default percentage discounts! End result is the customer would actually pay more by using the coupon and foregoing their normal discount!

Please help! I don’t mind paying for a coupon plugin if it does what I want it to do – give the customer there normal bulk discount and then apply a coupon basket discount on top.
