    Hi,

    The following issues have appeared since the latest updated (v.1.4.1);

    1. Newly created coupons do not appear in the Coupons do not appear in the “My Coupons” page in the customer’s account even though the coupon has been configured to appear both there and in “Checkout”. Previously created coupons appear, just not newly created ones that don’t. I noticed that the newly created coupons appear during checkout at which point if I go back to the “My Coupons” page after checking out, the previously missing coupons will now appear.

    2. The available coupons are configured to have an orange background (#fa832b) which worked fine with the previous version but since the latest update, the available coupons appear in blue (#2890a8) and will not change no matter what I change the background colour to.

    WordPress, WooCommerce and DIVI are updated and running their latest versions.

  • Same here, but only for point 2 (minor issue)

    Also, in My Coupons page, there is a window menu to sort the coupons (latest first, latest last, price high to low, price low to high) (I never noticed it before).

    WordPress, WooCommerce and Elementor Pro are updated and running their latest versions.

    1. In the recent version of the plugin, the coupons are published on the My Account page based on the validity of the cart items. We wrote a code snippet to turn off the plugin’s validity checks and display the coupons as intended. Please copy the code snippet from here and paste it into your current theme’s functions.php file.

    2. We have identified the issue with the coupon layout in the plugin and will fix the same in the next release.

    NB: We will release the new version with the fixes for all known issues soon and you will no longer require the code snippet for displaying the coupons.

    Hi,

    I just had another similar issue in which a newly created coupon would not appear in the “My Coupons” nor during check-out.

    I discovered that this happens when the customer’s email address has a capital letter in it and is easily resolved if the email address is edited and changed to small CAPS.

    Hope this helps resolve this bug.
