    Hi,

    When I create a coupon in $, it only makes the correct discount if all products have the same rate. otherwise it does not make the correct account. and the value of the coupon to insert I have to withdraw the fee.

    For Ex: If you buy products at different rates(one to 23% and one to 6% and one zero rate)), and if the coupon is €10, the value of the €10 coupon, changes and for example, you receive a final discount of €11.24 instead of just €10.

    If the coupon is in %, it counts correctly. in $ no.

    I need help to fix this situation

  • Hello,

    Are you referring to your tax rates? Can you please share a screenshot of the rate so we get a better understanding of the issue? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Can you also please share:

    System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Error log: share a copy of the fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)

    You can get the System Status Report by following these steps:

    • On your WordPress Dashboard, click WooCommerce → Status on the main menu
    • Click the Get system report button
    • Click the Copy for support button

    And the Error Logs can be found via the following steps:

    * Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs
    * Look for a log from the drop-down labeled fatal-errors.log
    * Click View
    * Paste here in your response if any records are found
