    WordPress: 6.2
    Woocommerce: 7.6.1
    Flexible coupons: 1.5.16

When you buy a coupon for amount X and apply a 100% discount coupon to the same order, the newly generated coupon has 0 value (the calculated price for the coupon is wrong).

The coupon that is created when you place an order will have the value of payment for the product. This is the basic and correct plugin work.

In the PRO version of the plugin, you can use the option from the screenshot: https://take.ms/wPP6C

With this option enabled, regardless of this product-coupon purchase price, the coupon created in WooCommerce will have the value of the regular price of the product.

Thanks for the information. This feels rather like a bug not a “pro” feature, but I guess you’ve put thoughts into this. Thanks 🙂

    You’r welcome! 🙂

Let me explain why this is not a bug.
You can generate a coupon with a value based on two prices:

    1. Sale/discount price. This is the default functionality. The coupon will be created with the price of sale, always.
    2. Regular. Regardless of the sale price, the coupon will be issued with the regular price of the product. This is the functionality of the PRO version.

The first case is the one you’ve been faced with.

So, when you apply the 100% coupon when ordering the product-coupon, the coupon issued after order will be $0. If you’d like the coupon to have a value of the regular price, this is the second case, served in the paid version.
