Hi @lichtkrone
I did´nt find the menu point “coupons”
Please first check if coupons are enabled in the settings. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > General > Enable coupons . Make sure that the checkbox for Enable the use of coupon codes is ticked.
Then try creating coupons per the guide here: https://woocommerce.com/document/coupon-management/
If the settings are already correct yet it is not working as expected then you’ll want to perform a full conflict test (seems you already started with that a bit 🙂).
The best way to determine a conflicting tool is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
If you’d prefer not to make any changes on your current site then you may want to do this on a test/staging site by using the WP Staging plugin.
Let us know what you find.
Cheers

Hello,
To clarify, unless you are using another coupon management plugin, existing coupons should be located under Marketing > Coupons. Do you see the ones you’ve created there?
