 * Hi, I am using this plugin to allow free shipping on the website for orders above
   $75
 * I am running a promotion that is giving customers a 35% discount.
 * The problem is that people spend over $75 dollars, so they get free shipping,
   but then they apply the 35% coupon and get free shipping for less than $75.
 * Can you help to fix this problem as it’s costing me a lot of money.
