Coupon only for first order (per customer)

Yo dudes,

Anyone know of an extension that allows you to set a coupon which is only valid for the customer’s initial order? Can’t find anything through Google.

The only other way is to generate thousands of codes with a bulk importer of some kind and then assign to individual customers somehow, but it’s less than ideal.
