Hi I am reopening a ticket for that concern that has not been resolved yet, even though it said so in the previous ticket. Me and my team are still waiting for an answer on that
    Previous ticket closed: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/coupons-doesnt-work-when-order-is-in-pending-payment-status/#post-10351904

    Last comment for my dev:

“Hello John, This is Adam Bawany from Codup, We’re Lea’s development team, and responding to this ticket on her behalf.

We tried it again on WooCommerce 3.4.3, and the bug is still there.

Step 1. The order is in Pending payment state, where we can apply coupon on the order.
Step 2. I applied the coupon “abcd” with following attributed.

    – Discount type = Percentage discount
    – Discount value = 15%
    – Specified product = [Bundle Product]

When the Percentage discount coupon isn’t limited to any product, it’s working fine, but when we specify any bundle product in the coupon, it’s not working.

I am not able to attach the screenshots here. Let me know if it’s clear enough or you need more info.

    Thanks,
    Adam Bawany”

    Hi there,

I see from your previous thread that you are having a hard time applying a coupon code to a pending order that contains a bundled product if the coupon specifies a percentage discount for a particular product or fixed cart discount.

The thing is, there’s no “Bundled product” type in WooCommerce by default:

    http://cld.wthms.co/mB76y1

This means that you’re probably using a plugin for this and it’s a better idea to report this to developers of your plugin.

If it’s Product Bundles sold on WooCommerce.com https://woocommerce.com/products/product-bundles/ – that would be SomewhereWarm support team and you can reach out to them from “Support” section of your WooCommerce.com account:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

Please make sure to select “Product Bundles” from a dropdown if that’s what you’re using so the request is routed to a correct support team.

If you’re using a different plugin – support channel will be different.

If you are not sure what exactly you are using for bundled products – you can do a plugin/theme conflict test in order to find out:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

One tool you can try to make disabling plugins and changing themes invisible to your users is Health Check https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

If doing this on your live site is not possible, you can you create a duplicate site. We suggest using WP Staging https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ if your hosting provider does not offer a staging server as an option.

    I hope this helps!
