Coupon Import Hangs

    I did a simple test: export the coupons as a CSV, then merge the file back WITH NO CHANGES. What could be simpler? Repeated testing with the plugin fails to import anything–just hangs on the operation. No errors, no hints. No progress bar, either.
    NOTE that I am attempting a simple merge of an UNCHANGED file, produced by this plugin. Other tries with changed and added data had the same result: the operation just hangs. It just doesn’t work for coupons at all.

    We are sorry for any inconvenience you had to face. We have tested the export and import of coupons in our test environments and were unable to replicate the issue of import getting stuck.

    Could please share us the CSV import log and fatal-error log via support. You can find the import log from Woocommerce>Status>Logs>coupon-csv-import and fatal error from Woocommerce>Status>Logs>fatal-error. Please reach us via support.
