Coupon email restriction not working

    Hi All

    I have looked and googled but I cannot see the answers so here we are.

    I am trying to create a coupon for free shipping with and e-mail address but, woocommerce email restriction is not working so no matter email address I put there the coupon still applies.

    Any ideas as I have everything updated ?
