Coupon condition not working the way it is suppose to.

Using the wp-ecommerce plugin. At the backend under products it lists coupons. Here I created a coupon option and said apply 15% discount when code is entered when orders are over $100, but it applies even if under $100 when the coupon code is entered.

Any help would be appreciated.
