    Hi,

    I have set up a coupon code for use on our website which should apply a 10% discount for particular products or categories which I have included in the usage restriction section.

    When I add the product to basket to test it I receive an error message on any of the products I have added:

    “Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to selected products.”

    I have checked to see that coupons are enabled but I can’t see where else this has gone wrong.

    Please try the link provided as an example as any of those products are included and use the code BLACKFRIDAY.

    Can you share a screenshot of the coupon setup itself? All three setup tabs would be good to get the best picture on how it’s configured 🙂

    Hi there @ac3636!

    Thanks for the screenshots. Based on the research I’ve done (here, here, and here), this kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
