 * I have tried even the simplest of coupons and they are not working at all. Anyone
   have any helpful tips?

 * Hrmmmm have you upgraded to WPEC 3.8.13 ?
 * It doesnt sound like a common problem. I say this on the basis that its working
   for us on our own website.
 * Please try submitting a support request via official channels on our website 
   where we are more equipped to help. Its not really the type of thing we can resolve
   here 🙂
