 * I am looking for a coupon creator for affiliate link. Will Coupon Creator be 
   able to do so by stopping users to bypass an affiliate link and use the coupon
   being provided to receive a discount on their purchase ?

 * There is no option for that. You would have to customize the plugin to do it.
