    Hello, I have a problem on my installation with coupons. We have a coupon with 10% discount that calculates its amount based on price with taxes, even if I select a country that is tax exempt. For example:

    * Country with taxes -> product’s price is 70€ with 22% taxes -> coupon is applied -> 7€ discount

    * Country tax exempt -> product’s price shown is 57,38€ -> coupon is applied -> 7€ discount

    Discount should be 5.74€ instead.

    Plugins, theme and wordpress are up to date.

    Thanks for help!

  • Hello,

    i have the exact same problem. I just figured that out after the first order from a tax exempt country. I did some research but did not find anything useful.

    Help would be much appreciated!

    Could you please let me know the version of WooCommerce you are running that this is happening on? We released 3.2.2 yesterday which addresses a tax-exempt issue. If you are not yet running that please update and see if that fixes the issue.

    As with any update, please make sufficient backups prior to running the update.

    Hello, I confirm we have 3.2.2. The problem was initially reported by a customer while we were on 3.2.1, then we noticed the 3.2.2 update and gave it a shot, but the bus still remains!
