 * Recently just updated development site to use 5.16.1 free version. I am seeing
   some UI errors.
 * Event Page:
    – I am seeing a massive svg icon on the event page where the user
   selects to add event to calendar. – The All Events button is currently hidden
   under the website header navigation.
 * Calendar Page:
    – The Days of the Week for the calendar are currently sitting
   above my logo, stacked on top of each other, in the top left corner of the website
   header navigation. – The Search for Events bar is overlapping the navigation
   when I scroll down. Even when I switch the search bar settings to be classic,
   I still get an overlapping issue. – When I switch the calendar to List, all the
   event details are being displayed in the website header navigation, stacked on
   top of each other.

   more of this issue, but first I would need more information about this. Could
   you provide me with the direct URL to your website?

 * Hi [@abzlevelup](https://wordpress.org/support/users/abzlevelup/)
 * Thank you for following up. Unfortunately the environment has several security
   features in place (password protected, IP whitelisting, etc) and I will not be
   able to get you access. Could I provide screenshots of what I am seeing or any
   other type of information?
 * 1. WordPress – 5.9.3
    2. PHP – 7.4.30 3. Event Calendar – 5.16.1 – Free version

 * Hello [@dyesol](https://wordpress.org/support/users/dyesol/), thanks for getting
   back to me with these details.
 * > I will not be able to get you access. Could I provide screenshots of what I
   > am seeing or any other type of information?
 * Yes, you could also provide a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end. Please
   upload it on a third-party app like Loom or CloudApp.

   > add an event to the calendar.
 * We have an internal bug ticket for this, and I have added your case to it. I
   will definitely pass along the details you shared with our dev team.
 * We don’t have a time estimate, but you’ll be notified with a reply when there
   are any updates. Rest assured that we are working on a permanent fix regarding
   this issue.
 * > For the other issues here
 * I suspect that this could be theme related. Could you try deactivating all other
   plugins except for our plugins to see if that makes a difference and make sure
   that the plugins are up-to-date? Moreover, could you switch to the default theme?
   Please read the [Testing for Conflicts](https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/testing-for-conflicts/)
   article before doing anything.
 * Let me know how it goes; I’d be glad to help you further.
 * Best,
