Couple support questions.

Is there any other way to make the plugin pull thumb pics for the video as my server does not have ffmpg. As you can see here once the video uploads it just stays with the processing image on it. http://nuclearcoffee.org/videos-2/

Is there any way to make the video bigger inside of its post page? as you can see here it is tiny. http://nuclearcoffee.org/video/a-close-call-with-the-night-deck/

What is the size limit fir video uploads? i uploaded that one video and have had no luck uploading any others.
