# Country – Unknown?

 * I have been using WPS for quite awhile now and I really love it. But, one thing
   it has ALWAYS done since I had it installed was that for Statistics > Top Countries
   it has always said UNKNOWN lol. Like it just won’t tell me which countries are
   visiting my website. Is there a way to fix this?

 * Hi,
 * May be you are using on localhost,
    Or may be you hosting provider web server,
   prevents the plugin to log IP addresses You can contact them and ask about this
   matter May be your server is behind a firewall…
