Country dropdown customizations

    My bookings will only include people from the U.S. (90%) and Canada (10%). Is there a way I can:

    1. Limit the booking form country drop-down field to only U.S. & Canada…
    2. Have the U.S. be the default…
    3. Not ‘break’ after installing an Event Manager update

    I’d settle for #1 and #2 only, but #3 would make ongoing maintenance much easier!
