Thank you for your images, now I know what you mean. Do you know if the country is suppose to be added when they download your file? Can you enable debug mode in your website?

It does not get added when you download the file. I did check on that. I can send you admin access if you would like to look around.

There is likely a conflict with another plugin you have. This plugin doesn’t require you to install any other plugin. It completely works on its own.
Temporarily deactivate your other plugins (the not so popular ones) to see which one causes the issue. This plugin has been tested to work with pretty much all the popular plugins so the conflict will come from some other plugin.

I have attempted to deactivate all plugins and use a vanilla theme, on two installs, same result. The country doesn’t display on the dashboard log or the export.

Good afternoon, I have moved from staging to live site (with SSL) and the countries are not showing again on the log.

Good day, still have the same problem of export log not showing the country. This is a different install. Have tried with all other plugins disabled, different themes. Any known issues? Should I try an older version?
The strange part is that now the log also doesn’t include the number of downloads.
