country and login not importing

    Hi,
    I am testing your import plugin in my Woocommerce installation. Most columns import beautifully, but I have problems with:

    A) the country in the customer´s billing address. My test .csv includes “country” as well as “billing_country” but no country is imported at all.

    B) the user login does not work. I have “user_login”, “password” as well as “user-pass” in my test .csv but cannot login with any test access after importing.

    No error notice when importing.
    Can you help me?

    @probiosa,

    Good evenign, I answer you step by step.

    • billing_country: you have to use the ISO code that use WooCommerce, you have a list here
    • password: you have to use a column called “password” for the password, for the user name you have to use the first column

    country: funciona 🙂

    password: still not working. I do have a column “password” and I do use the value of the first column = “username” for the login. Pero no funciona.

    Gracias a ti.

    El tema de usuario y password funciona en cientos de miles de sitios aparte… así que me temo que hay algo en tu sitio que está rompiendo el funcionamiento normal.

    Por si acaso, sólo se me ocurre decirte que no haya ninguna columna user_pass porque esa es para hashes y podría estar rompiendo el funcionamiento normal.
