# Counties abbreviating

 * At some point, the plugin had changed the counties on the customer account to
   appreciations i.e Eccex is EX. We have deactivated the plugin but need a way 
   to change the counties back to the full word.

 * The plugin has always been using abbreviations as location ids. Just like WooCommerce
   does in general. However, it’s still showing the full name to admin and customers.

 * Hi Dan,
 * It was showing abbreviations to customers and admin. We took the plugin off, 
   as we didn’t require it anymore, so we didn’t check on the downgrade version.
 * When you check customer accounts in the backend is shows as abbreviated.

 * It is expected to be shown as abbreviated when the plugin is not active since
   WooCommerce doesn’t have information about the location anymore, except for its
   ID/abbreviation.
