Can you try changing the tracker type in the settings page? What’s your site URL?
Thank you infinitely for you reply.
I am under so many attacks constantly that I had to harden firewall to the max.
Top 10 stopped counting (1 overall/1 today) is shown on all posts.
I tried every option in TOP10 in combination with every option and even when I disable firewall it still doesn’t work.
my page is porn-blog.xyz
I don’t know what to do, I don’t know what to ask, I read the internet and this never happened to anyone as it seems.
Most important question is probably:
How to import view counts from DB into new installation of TOP10 ?
Thank you.

I just checked your site and I don’t see the plugin code anywhere in there. Is the plugin active? Can you try deactivating and reactivating the plugin?
The view counts you want to import, where are these from? As this isn’t an easy process.
I removed Top10 but I have reinstalled it now.
I checked Ajax based counting.
It still seems to record Admin views but not visitors’.
I disabled showing count on posts because it shows total/today 1/1 and it’s all zeros in admin view.
I disabled counting for Admins now.
Meanwhile I installed “Count per day” plugin in combination with “Popular posts” plugin.
None of them shows count on posts so i need third plugin for that.
Top 10 is one plugin that does all three jobs and I am using it on all websites, never had a problem.
I hardened firewall as much as I could and updated wordpress and somehow Top10 was affected, or maybe not…
If there is a possibility to get Top 10 working, that would be the best solution for me.
I have reset counts when I was trying everything to make it work.
Is it possible to restore those counts and/or merge it with “Count per day” counts?
It could be plugin conflict, but before I start dismantling whole site to find the issue, I hoped if you have any idea what the hell happened.
Thank you very much for taking time to help me.

Apologies for the delay in getting back. I’ve been travelling.
I assume you disabled Top 10 again as I can’t see the output there? I’m looking at the page source of one of your posts.
There could be an issue with the primary index that Top 10 created on old installs.
You could try using the button in the Tools page to recreate the index.
Apologies from my side as well…
Yes, after some time I disabled Top 10.
Something is messed up on my site and until I can hire a freelancer to figure out what is wrong I doubt that there will be any solution to this.
On other sites Top 10 works like charm and I have tried everything to make it work again, but with no luck whatsoever.
Thank you for your time and effort, you were there to help and that is what counts most.
Have a great day.
