Hi Jeff,
The plugin has been tested up to WP 3.4.2, as stated here. Support for v3.5 is not available yet as I haven’t had enough time to test my plugin on it.

The counter stopped working before I upgraded to WP 3.5. I deactivated plugin and reinstalled and the ranking seems to be right – but only shows 3 comments vs 40 for one post (as one example).
