 * Exact same issue, another member had the same issue about a week ago. I suspect
   that something is off or Facebook changed something.
 * I have contacted the Mashare support by email. Tried their tutorial by deactivating
   the share count + using debug mode for more than 24 hours but issue remains.
 * Thanks

 * Good morning,
 * Problem is caused by the facebook rate limit. We have an idea how to resolve
   this and will come with a solution hopefully soon.

 * Facebook says
 * Thanks for reaching out. I think your app has reach access limit to facebook
   server. As you may know, we have a throttling system to control incoming request
   volume so that our server will not be overloaded. I suggest you to carefully
   read through this doc: [https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/advanced/rate-limiting](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/advanced/rate-limiting)(
   or if you are using marketing api: [https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/api-rate-limiting](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/api-rate-limiting))
   to check if your app send request within the limitation there. Notice that a
   spike in request volume can easily trigger the alarm and your app will be blocked
   for a short period of time. If you have more question about app request limit,
   please let me know.
 * and then? what should I do?
 * P.s but whatsapp
 * It isn’t counted? you don’t have an internal counter?

 * I have just asked the team for an update by email 🙂 I know they are working
   on it but there was no ETA. Thanks for your message though! I am sure it helps
   a lot.
