Facebook could be that the API calls for that Facebook App have already been used to the maximum. Therefore we implemented a solution as part of our Premium Plugin where you can easily set up your own API in a few steps.
Regarding Youtube, did you specify the Youtube username and channel ID under question number 5 in the plugin’s settings?

Yes, it could be cache. Please clear all cache.
Also please provide here the exact information (e.g. channel ID) which you used.
For Facebook it works as follows. To get the counts from Facebook, a Facebook app is required, which is rate limited, i.e. can only retrieve a certain number of counts from Facebook per day. In the free plugin, all sites use the same Facebook app, therefore reaching the limit quickly, so that often it shows 0. With the premium plugin you can create your own Facebook app (not too difficult) so that you don’t have to share your limits with others, and can always pull your counts from Facebook.
