  • Do not use the date picker. You have to type the date in mm/dd/yyyy format. That was my experience, anyway…

    It helped me change the separator to a dot.

    functions.yith-tcountdown.php

    function yith_countdown_unixstamp( $date ) {
            list( $mm, $dd, $yy ) = !empty( $date['date'] ) ? explode( '.', $date['date'] ) : array( 0, 0, 0 );
