    Dear Support,

We’re having to some issues since we upgraded our PHP version to 7.3. We use your plugin with images using the recommended plugin image widget deluxe from your help guides.

We have error logs showing repeated issues:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: class in /home/velorlightingco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/image-widget-deluxe/image-widget-deluxe.php on line 147

PHP Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/velorlightingco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/image-widget-deluxe/image-widget-deluxe.php on line 201

We have opened a thread on the authors support page, however the plugin hasn’t been updated in over two years and is not supported on the current version of WordPress.

If we do not receive any feedback are there any other plugins you can recommend?

    Hi omnisity,

There is now a core WordPress image widget, so there is no need to use Image Widget plugins anymore, you can use the core version instead.

    Hi there,

Im the developer of the image-widget-deluxe plugin, and would like to help out the megamenu plugin developer here.

First of all thanks @omnisity for reporting the issue. If you experience any issue in the future feel free to add it the to support fora on the image-widget-deluxe plugin page.

Secondly i’ve looked into the problem which seem to be some old code which wasen’t refactored properly. Good news though. If you update the plugin i’ve fixed the issue with the count notice.
Im planning to roll out a new update again in the weekend to fix some of the issues i’ve unfortunately introduced refactoring the plugin once again. (Should’t be to critical though).

    All the best,
    Mikkel

    Hi Mikkel,

Thanks for your response, however we have now implemented the fix suggested above.
